Marc Figuls is Managing Partner at FACTUAL and Strategy Lead at Lane Patrol. A civil engineer (UPC) with 15+ years in road safety and mobility, he previously led mobility and road-safety projects at the RACC Foundation, applying the iRAP methodology across Spain, France, Portugal, India, and Brazil and leading work packages in EU-funded projects such as SLAIN.
