What is Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress?
Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress exists in order to accelerate sustainable and intelligent urban mobility. Through encouraging discussion on key topics of interest to urban mobility stakeholders, providing content-based networking opportunities, and promoting emerging urban mobility topics and solutions to city challenges, the aim of the event is to build a more sustainable and liveable urban future through green, efficient and inclusive mobility systems.
Held within the framework of Smart City Expo World Congress, the world’s leading event for cities, Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress is an action-focused project to transform cities’ urban mobility systems. The event consists of a 3-day congress and expo where corporate leaders, public representatives, entrepreneurs, experts, and academics from all around the globe learn from each other, share experiences, talk about best practices, and open new paths for international collaboration.
When will Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress take place?
The 2024 edition will take place from 5 – 7 November 2024.
Where will the event take place, and how do I get there?
TMWC24 will be held in Barcelona, Spain. The venue is Fira Barcelona – GranVia.
What can I expect from the event?
TMWC will grant you a vast range of possibilities in front of 25,000+ international attendees: great sector insights focused on solution implementation, business development, lead acquisition, networking, and many more activities.

Can I register more than one person?
Yes, it is possible to register more than one person. You will need to choose the type of ticket and the amount on the first screen, then simply fill in the details of all those to be registered on the following screen.
I am already registered, how can I access the venue?
In order to access the venue you will have to present your Digital Badge, which you can find on the official event’s app. Once you arrive at the venue, it will be scanned and you’ll receive your printed Badge at the entrance.
I’m already registered, how can I print my ticket?
We promote an electronic ticketing! Make sure you read the following instructions on how to get your Badge:
- Download the Official Event App prior to your arrival.
The 2024 Official App will be available in October. You’ll find your Digital Badge on the app.
Please log in with the email address you provided in the Attendees Details during the registration process. - Use your Digital Badge to enter Fira Barcelona.
To enter the venue, present your Digital Badge on your mobile device. - Collect your printed Badge.
Your Digital Badge will be scanned, and you’ll receive your printed badge at the entrance.
I’m already registered; can I change the type of ticket?
You can do so by going to the complementary services page. This page shows the upgrades that you are eligible for, depending on the type of ticket you purchased.
I would like to speak at the event, can I submit an application?
The 2024 Call for Speakers is now closed. If you’re interested in speaking at TMWC24, you can still do it by:
A) Becoming an official Partner. Ensure a congress spot and gain maximum awareness for your brand.
B) Hosting your own session in an Agora or Conference Center. Call for Breakout Sessions is open until July, 15.
Do you have any travel agencies that can help prepare my trip to the event?
As a visitor or exhibitor of Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress, you can get great deals on travel and accommodation.

What is your refund policy?
As a general rule, once the registration fee has been paid it cannot be refunded. For any further questions please contact us at: infofira@firabarcelona.com.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Please contact us at: infofira@firabarcelona.com and we will review thoroughly your case.
Can I upgrade my pass?
Yes, if you have a Visitor Pass you can go to your Visitor Area and upgrade your pass at anytime.
When is the latest I can purchase tickets online?
Do you have any discounts available?
We offer different group discounts: 10% for purchases of 3 or 4 passes; 20% for 5 to 10; and 30% for more than 10 passes.We also provide students with a 50% discount in their pass purchases.

I am a student, can I benefit from any discount?
We offer all students a 50% discount for their pass. Please check the Passes & Prices page to learn all the conditions to benefit from this.
Can I get a discount if I’m buying several passes?
We offer a 10% discount for groups of 3 or 4 people; 20% for 5 to 10; and a 30% discount for groups of more than 10 people. Please check the Passes & Prices page to learn all the conditions to benefit from this.
Someone sent me an invitation code, how do I use it?
You can apply your invitation code in your purchase process. First, you need to register on our website. Once you are signed in, you will be able to choose which pass you want. On the upper left side of the screen, you will find a specific box to apply your promo code.
What participation options do I have?
As an exhibitor, do I receive any invitations or discount codes to distribute among my network?
As an exhibitor, you’ll receive a number of invitations and exhibitor badges depending on the participation package you contracted. You will also get discounted rates for purchasing additional passes.
If you’re already an exhibitor, you can find this information in the Exhibitor Area.
If that’s not your situation, we’ll be happy to discuss exhibiting opportunities and the benefits featured, including types of passes.

I would like to organize my own session / a private meeting alongside TMWC24, which options do I have?
If you want to organize your own session within the SCEWC24 program or hold a corporate meeting alongside the event, you can submit your proposal until July, 15.
How can I access my invoice?
If you requested your invoice during the registration process, log into the Exhibitor Area and find it available for download under the “invoice” section.
How do I organize the build-up of my stand?

When do assembly and dismantling take place? Does the assembly team need a special pass to access the venue?
Assembly hours:
- 31 October – 3 November: 8 am – 8 pm
- 4 November: 8 am – 10 pm
Dismantling hours:
- 7 November: 6 pm – 10 pm
- 8 – 9 November: 8 am – 8 pm
Please note:– Vehicles will not be allowed inside the hall.
– Exhibitors who have booked their stand through ServiFira can have access to the stand 48 hours before the event starts. Their furniture will be delivered 24h before the event’s opening.
– All assembly staff will need a Contractor Pass, a personal and nontransferable pass that will give access during assembly and disassembly periods (not during the event celebration). Members of the assembly team will have to request their Contractor pass. The Organization will review the application and shall approve or deny it.
