Mercè Tell is Co-Founder and COO of Encomenda Capital Partners, with over 20 years of experience in venture capital and early-stage investments. She oversees investment operations and portfolio management, serves on the Board of Mutua de Propietarios, and leads Diversity VC’s Iberia Chapter, promoting diversity and inclusion in venture capital.
