Biography
Kwangseung Cha is a leader in smart city development in Seongnam City, Republic of Korea. He has worked to turn new technologies into services that make daily life more convenient and inclusive, building a city where innovation serves people. His work in smart cities began in 2019 as Director of the Smart City Division. Now, as Director General of the AI Innovation Bureau, he oversees initiatives that bring AI and smart city technologies closer to residents' lives.Sessions
