Prof. Dr. Yalçın Alver is a professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Ege University. Prof. Dr. Alver’s research interests include transportation planning, traffic engineering, and micromobility. He has served as an advisor to the Mayor of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality.
