Pau Solanilla Franco is Partner at the Harmon Consulting firm leaders in non-market strategies. He has extensive experience in institutional and business environments. He has served as Commissioner for International Relations and City Promotion for the Barcelona City Council, Head of Global Relations for the Digital Future Society at the Mobile World Capital Barcelona Foundation; General Manager for Panama and Cuba at Llorente & Cuenca; General Manager for Morocco and the MENA North Africa region of the MAGTEL Group; Executive Advisor at the State Secretariat for the EU at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation; and Technical Advisor at the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg.
