Biography

Economist and Geographer. Local economic development practitioner since 1994, first as a consultant for local governments and later at the Barcelona Provincial Council (2005-2016), where he became Head of Economic Development Strategies (2012-2016). Since June 2016 he is the General Coordinator of the Metropolitan Strategic Plan of Barcelona.
