Biography

Research Coordinator of Global Cities at CIDOB and lecturer at UPF, IBEI, and CEI. She holds a PhD in international relations and researches city diplomacy, urban alliances, and global governance, with a focus on digital transitions and technological humanism. She also leads research at the Global Observatory of Urban AI (GOUAI).
