Biography
He has worked for 17 years at Barcelona City Council in mobility and infrastructure. He was Director of Infrastructure (2006), Deputy Manager (2013), and Manager of Infrastructure and Mobility (2015–2023). Since December 2023, he has been General Director of the ATM. He led projects such as the T-usual and T-casual cards, Diagonal tramway, New Bus Network, Low Emission Zone, Glòries tunnel, and Superblocks. PhD in Civil Engineering (UPC, 1997) and PADE (IESE, 2010), he also teaches at UPC and the Sustainable Mobility School.Sessions
