With advanced degrees in Public Administration, Dr. Ma. Margarita Mejia leads the city's Business Permits and Licensing Department. She spearheaded 10 of the 23 digital initiatives in the city, promoting ease, efficiency, & transparency that now serve as benchmarks for other LGUs in the Philippines.
