Biography

Fabrizio Rossi holds the position of Secretary General at the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR). Previously, he worked for Climate-KIC, the main climate innovation agency of the EU, and the Barcelona Provincial Council. Fabrizio has been an active social entrepreneur, strongly engaged in reforestation activities.
