I would like to organize my own session / a private meeting alongside SCEWC26. Which options do I have?
You can celebrate your event or host your own session within TMWC26. Visit the Call for Stage Sessions and the Call for Side Events for further details and to access the application forms.
However, if you’re considering the opportunity to speak at TMWC26, you can do so by becoming an official Partner. Secure a congress spot and gain maximum awareness for your brand.
As an exhibitor, do I receive any invitations or discount codes to distribute among my network?
As an exhibitor, you’ll receive a number of invitations and exhibitor badges depending on the participation package you contracted. You will also get discounted rates for purchasing additional passes. If you’re already an exhibitor, you can find this information in the Exhibitor Area.

How can I exhibit as a startup at TMWC26?
You can join our Startups Program: gain direct access to decision‑makers and capital, and exhibit your project on a bustling expo floor alongside over 100 of the world’s boldest startups in urban development.

How can I access my invoice?
If you requested your invoice during the registration process, log into the Exhibitor Area and find it available for download under the “invoice” section.
How do I organize the build-up of my stand?
We offer exhibitors full flexibility, whether they want to contract space-only and then personalize their design stand or contract a shell-scheme. For space-only options, we recommend contracting the service of buildUP, Fira de Barcelona’s booth design department.
How can I book stand and catering services?

When do assembly and dismantling take place? Does the assembly team need a special pass to access the venue?
The dates and times shown still refer to our 2025 edition.
Assembly hours:
- 30 October – 2 November: 8 am – 8 pm
- 3 November: 8 am – 10 pm
Dismantling hours:
- 6 November: 6 pm – 10 pm
- 7 – 8 November: 8 am – 8 pm
Please note:
– Vehicles will not be allowed inside the hall.
– Exhibitors who have booked their stand through ServiFira can have access to the stand 48 hours before the event starts. Their furniture will be delivered 24h before the event’s opening.
– All assembly staff will need a Contractor Pass, a personal and nontransferable pass that will give access during assembly and disassembly periods (not during the event celebration). Members of the assembly team will have to request their Contractor pass. The Organization will review the application and shall approve or deny it.

What is Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress?
Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress drives the transition to sustainable and intelligent urban mobility. By fostering dialogue on key challenges, enabling content-driven networking, and showcasing innovative solutions, the event aims to help cities build greener, more efficient, and inclusive mobility systems for a livable urban future.
Held within the framework of Smart City Expo World Congress, the world’s leading event for cities, Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress is an action-focused project to transform cities’ urban mobility systems.
The event consists of a 3-day congress and expo where corporate leaders, public representatives, entrepreneurs, experts, and academics from all around the globe learn from each other, share experiences, talk about best practices, and open new paths for international collaboration.
Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress is co-organized by Fira Barcelona and EIT Urban Mobility –an initiative of the EU’s European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).
